Great Mosque of Moscow, Russia

The Moscow Grand Mosque is located in the heart of the gorgeous city of Russia. It was built in 1904 and covers an area of 19000 square meters. Because the early worshippers were mainly Tatars, it is also known as the Tatar Temple. It is now one of the four major mosques in Moscow. One of the largest mosques in Europe. In the project of the Great Mosque in Moscow, the outer wall is widely used from the United States gray hemp stone. From the relief of the exterior wall to the inlay of the arch, every detail is carefully carved by the craftsmen of the Herun Engineering Department, showing the perfect combination of architecture and stone. Approaching the Moscow Grand Mosque, you can see the sun jumping on the American gray hemp stone. The seemingly rough surface of the stone contains a soft gray-brown tone, which seems to tell a story about faith and art. At this time, the American gray hemp stone is not only a part of the building, but also a witness of time, guarding the mystery and loftiness of the mosque.
